For your initial appointment at Fulp Spinal Wellness Center, please bring identification and your insurance card(s) if aplicable. Intake forms can be downloaded from our website and completed before arrival or obtained at the front desk.

During your initial consultation, a detailed case history will occur. Based on case history, relevant physical and diagnostic test will be performed.

Further diagnostic testing  such as   X-rays, MRI, and CT scans could be ordered if deemed necessary for determining the cause of the signs and symptoms presented to the physician. X-rays are available in house. Our state of the art digital x-ray machine produces 80% less radiation than traditional x-rays and allows one of the doctors to review imaging within minutes of the x-rays being taken.

Once all necessary information has been obtained, a diagnosis and a personalized plan of care will be determined.

The actual length of the initial visit may be determined by many factors including specific complaints presented during the case history. The average time for initial visits is 45 minutes.

The average visit time for follow up visits is approximately 20 minutes.

If we find that your condition is outside our scope of practice, we will gladly refer you to the proper care facility.
