When we contact your insurance and verify benefits it is not a guarantee of payment by the insurance company. Any services not covered by insurance are ultimately the patients responsibility

Insurance coverage is often limited to an active treatment plan, meaning you receive care to treat a specific injury and that the treatment improves the condition and symptoms. When significant improvement can no longer be expected from care, treatment is then considered maintenance care. Since most insurance companies only cover care for medically necessary treatments, maintenance care is not covered.

Payment for services are due at the time services are rendered.

For those without insurance or those in need of services not covered by insurance, we offer competitive rates.

Care credit, HSA, and HRA are accepted in our office as forms of payment for services rendered.
