Fulp Spinal Wellness Center is committed to providing high-quality, cost-effective chiropractic care. If you have medical insurance, our team can assist with verifying your benefits. Please note that verification of benefits is not a guarantee of payment by your insurance company. Any services not covered by insurance are ultimately the patient’s responsibility.

Insurance coverage is typically limited to active treatment, meaning care provided to treat a specific condition with measurable improvement. Once significant improvement is no longer expected, care may be considered maintenance care, which is generally not covered by insurance.

Payment for services is due at the time services are rendered.

For patients without insurance, or for services not covered by insurance, we offer competitive self-pay rates.

​

We accept CareCredit, HSA, and HRA as forms of payment.
